Boise Communications and Media

Boise > Communications & Media

Boise is home to the Idaho Statesman, the Boise Weekly and the Idaho Business Review which are the main newspapers that serve the growing population. Local television and radio consists of many different genres like you would find an any US city these days, and NPR broadcasts out of Boise State University. Also worthy of note is the Boise Community Radio Project, which currently broadcasts "from a not-so-secret location within the Alaska Center building in beautiful downtown Boise." Some valuable marketing and advertising-related organizations that operate in Boise are the Boise Advertising Federation and Kickstand.org which both allow local business to network with each other.
